FORT LAUDERDALE, Florida — Banyan Air Service at Fort Lauderdale Executive Airport will host its second 2020 NextGen Mandates seminar Sept. 20 from 10 a.m.-4 p.m.

Speakers representing Rockwell Collins, Garmin and Universal will focus on the benefits of the mandated solutions for ADS-B and FANS 1A to aircraft owners.

“Everyone understands they need to install ADS-B and or FANS 1A by Dec 31, 2019, but we want to focus on what benefits they will gain for their operation other than just being able to fly on January 1, 2020,” said Matthew Schepers, director of MRO Sales.

The seminar will include 25 vendor booths allowing owners the ability to see what is available to them to improve the operation of their aircraft and enable them to talk with the vendors directly about their solutions for their aircraft.
