Tips:CHARLESTON COUNTY, S.C. (WCBD) — The Charleston International Airport have canceled all flights for Saturday due to Hurricane Matthew.

CHARLESTON COUNTY, S.C. (WCBD) — The Charleston International Airport have canceled all flights for Saturday due to Hurricane Matthew.

Passengers are encouraged to contact their airlines for the latest information concerning rebooking flights.

Service is canceled for the following airlines

Alaska Airlines

American Airlines (after noon on Friday)

Delta (after 1:00 p.m.)

Jet Blue Airlines

Southwest Airlines (after 12:20 p.m. departing flight)

Joint base Charleston owns the runways at the airport. They will closed at 11:59 p.m. on Friday.

Passengers are encouraged to contain their airline directly to rebook flights and to receive updates about flight delays and cancellations.

The Charleston International Airport does not expect any flights on Saturday. The airport will be posting updates throughout the day on Facebook and their website.
