MONROE, La. — Avflight Corporation recently expanded its chain of FBOs by transitioning the sole operation on the field of Monroe Regional Airport (KLMU) from JPS Aviation to Avflight Monroe.
This brings the chain’s total to 16 FBOs across North America and Europe.
“Avflight’s acquisition of JPS Aviation is key for our representation in the southern states of the U.S.,” said Carl Muhs, Avflight president. “The FBO at KMLU has a long-standing tradition of trusted, reliable service — a trust Avflight aims to build upon by providing the expansive resources of a network backed by the experience of more than 20 years in the aviation handling business.”
Along with full-service FBO operations, Avflight Monroe offers fueling services for commercial and military aviation, charter flight services through its partnership with JPS Aero, FAA-certified aircraft maintenance and services, FAA-certified avionics maintenance and services, an aircraft parts department, and hangar space and rentals.
