There are only a few weeks left to submit nominations for the National EMS Pilots Assn. (NEMSPA) EMS Pilot of the Year and NEMSPA Lifetime Achievement awards. NEMSPA said the deadline is July 15, with awards presented during the Air Medical Transport Conference (AMTC) in Fort Worth, Texas, in October.

“Nominees should embody the best that the air ambulance industry has to offer in professionalism, technical expertise, safety, and leadership to include being involved and havin contributed to the air medical and aviation industries,” NEMSPA said.

NEMSPA has asked for each nominator to submit specific details supporting his or her candidate. The number of nominations a candidate receives would also be taken into consideration.
