Simlat’s maritime simulation module adding fidelity to UAS applications at sea, including Search & Rescue, Security, Anti-Piracy and more July 10 th , 2017. Simlat, a leading provider of training and simulation systems for Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS), delivers a high-fidelity maritime simulation to existing and new customers.

The new maritime simulation module includes an enhanced dynamic wave model, taking into account the sea state and the weather conditions, as well as the charecteristics of simulated

vessels, such as length, weight, drought and center of mass.  In addition, the improved visuals support applications like Search & Rescue, Security, Marine Life Exploration, Immigration and Piracy surveillance.
