Non-conformance items are held in a separate and locked area.
Export and Export Compliance
All manufacturers, exporters, and brokers of defense and space related articles, defense and space services, or related technical data, as defined on the United States Munitions List, are required to register with Directorate of Defense Trade Controls DDTC. Registration is a precondition for the issuance of any license or other approval for export. CBOL is registered with the DDTC as both a broker and exporter of defense articles.
One of the CBOL's key advantages is exporting ITAR controlled goods worldwide. From our beginning in 1987, CBOL has proactively adopted and implemented export control policies. We successfully processed hundreds of export licenses. CBOL is committed to up-to-date training on constant changes in ITAR regulations and compliance procedures.
