Headliner, curtains, side panels and beige carpet replaced are new.
Seats are covered with brown leather with brown tweed inserts in seats and seat backs.
The pilot and co-pilot seats are covered with new deep-finest available sheepskin.
This aircraft has excellent records, and no structural damage history known or recorded.
It was a surgeons "operated no money spared" aircraft when sold to the present owner in Texas. Present owner ordered an extensive “elective" major airframe inspection/renewal event which was performed less than 200 hours ago, by a a 32 year very seasoned Cessna Multi Engine Service Center-who was Texas top Cessna Multi Engine repair facility with 45 years experience, and Texas most experienced 421 maintenance facility. They thoroughly went thru this 421, renewing wear items and pressurization hoses and seals that could be brought to functionally new condition. This has resulted in very low maintenance yearly. It adds value and safety. It is worth the cost of over $70,000 in elective improvements, (over and above the initial prebuy inspection) which proved the aircraft to be in already exceptional condition.
There was no corrosion or unusual findings.
Things work properly on this aircraft. only a handful of 421 Golden Eagle's are in that class.
