Specializing in tight tolerance matched set componentry and the proprietary quiet control technology, Sargent is able to provide solutions for the most difficult aerospace and military applications. SPECIALTY FASTENERS
Sargent produces Sonic fasteners, specialty bolts, fuse pins and close-tolerance machined products for commercial and military aircraft. We specialize in hot-forged, high strength threaded products manufactured from both standard and exotic materials.
Fuse Pins: Designed to mechanically shear in flight critical modes, ensuring structural maintenance.
Specials: Specific design for a particular assembly; specific life or load limitations based on fatigue, stress, tensile or loads.
Pawl Bolts: Designed with Pawl locking device to ensure retention of nut and maintain integrity of the structure.
Torque Bolts: Designed to torque off at prescribed load, eliminating the need for torque wrenches.
Hinge Pins: Designed with proprietary applied coatings (Tungsten Carbide) over lightweight Titanium substrate when wear resistance & weight are factors.
Round Bar: Specialized machining of most products from round bar using the most advanced precision equipment and engineering software.
