This special-edition model commemorates the Boeing centennial and one of the airplanes that helped make the company an aerospace legend. The first 747 jetliner rolled out of the factory in 1968. Since then, Boeing has built more than 1,500 747s, earning the big plane the nickname "Queen of the Skies."
The 747-100 is depicted here in its original rollout livery. Made from ABS plastic, this 1:144-scale model has authentic detailing and markings. It comes with a special glossy black display base imprinted with the Boeing centennial emblem.
