The Boeing 747 -- a four-engine, widebody, long-range jetliner -- set new standards for the aviation industry in 1969. The 747-400 incorporates major aerodynamic improvements over earlier 747 models, including the addition of winglets to reduce drag, new avionics, a new flight deck, and the latest inflight entertainment systems. It is the only 747 model currently in production. Our collectible 1:200-scale model of the 747-400 in its new livery is produced using precision injection-molded resin and reproduced from Boeing-approved engineering drawings. Some assembly required: components snap together easily. Length: 14". Wingspan: 12.5". Wood base included.
