    ESMA Aviation Academy trains you for the following diplomas:

    Aircraft Maintenance Profesionnal A-Level (Option Avionics / Option Systems)

    Aircraft Maintenance HND
    These diplomas are recognized and issued by the French National Ministry of Education
    Throughout two years, your training will consist of general education , aeronautical specific lessons and practical sessions in our Part 147 practical training hall.
    The practical workshop aim to simulate maintenance operations performed during a scheduled maintenance visit (basic maintenance) and those achieved while the aircraft is in operation (line maintenance)
    The HND aims at all the regulatory aspects bound to the design / maintenance of devices and helps the students to develop the suitable activities of the technical offices agents (engineering ).

    After your professional A-Level, various options are available:

    Integrate an aircraft maintenance workshop
    Pursue on the complemantary mention to obtain the licence Part 66 after 2 years of work experience.
    After your HND, various options are available:

    Reach functions of technician within companies involved in the maintenance and the aircraft manufacturing (equipment manufacturers, specialized workshops, airline companies …)
    Pursue studies in an Aeronautical Professional License or an engineering school

    Aircraft Maintenance Complementary Mention
    As a supplement to the Profesionnal A-Level, ESMA Aviation Academy also dispenses the Aircraft Maintenance Complementary Mention which allows to confirm the theoretical knowledge of the European License Part66 categories B1.1 and B2 options: plane with Turbomachine (B1.1), Avionics (B2).
    This training is only done in part time.

    Part 66 Licence
    ESMA Aviation Academy provides the Part 66 Licence, approved by the DGAC. This licence is thoroughly part of the program needed to get the aircraft maintenance licence.
    This licence is recognized by all the European countries and allows, after 3 years of work experience, to obtain an authorization to pronounce the Approval for release to service of an aircraft.
