Description

The ATPL For PPL Holders Modular, also referred to as ATPL Modular, is a combination of flight training courses. The course consists of the following modules: the Night Rating (NR), the Single Engine Instrument Rating IR (IR(A)/SP/SE), the Multi Engine Class Rating (MEP), the Multi Engine Instrument Rating IR (IR(A)/SP/ME) and the Commercial Pilot License (CPL(A).

Duration of Full Course :

The duration of the course can vary from 60 to 80 days depending on the student’s personal schedule. On average most students complete the course in 70 days.

Entry Requirement :

Photocopy of a Pilot Logbook, Private Pilot License (PPL) and EASA Medical (class 1) Certificate.

Original EASA ATPL Theoretical Completion Certificate.

At least 150 hours Flight Time.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old to commence training.

Course Structure :

The Flight Training

The flight training course comprises of a total of 101 hrs. Of those 30 hrs are conducted on single engine piston airplanes (SEP), 13 hrs on multi engine piston airplanes (MEP) and 58 hrs on an FNPT II flight simulator, including 21 VFR hrs and 60 IFR hrs. The flight training course commences with the Night Rating (SEP: 5 hrs), followed by the Single Engine Instrument Rating (FNPT II: 35 hrs, SEP: 15 hrs), the Commercial Pilot License (SEP: 10 hrs, MEP: 5 hrs), the Multi Engine Class Rating (MEP: 6 hrs), Multi Engine Instrument Rating (FNPT II: 3 hrs and MEP: 2 hrs) and is completed with 20 hrs MCC. All flight training takes place in Pachi Airport at Megara, Greece (LGMG) and can be tailored to meet the student’s needs.
