Ashtech’s HDS800 a robust, high-performance receiver that provides up-to-date heading and RTK measurements quickly and reliably. Included is the company’s GNSS-centric Z-Blade technology, which accesses all GNSS signals without preference.
Productivity is increased through Z-Blade UHF expertise, pioneering GNSS heading algorithms, and RTK long-range capability. Communication elements embedded are UHF radio and/or GSM/GPRS (including low-loss cables). The internal memory can be extended via USB key.
The unit is conceived of for maximum flexible use in the field. Therefore, it is built tough to withstand inclement environments. And it is light enough to be carried from one site to another.
Numerous applications include guidance and control heading and RTK measurements needed in machine control as well as coastal works, dredging, and bathymetry in marine environments.
