Eligibility
Be at least 18 years old
Hold at least a Private Pilot certificate
Able to read, speak, and write English
Pass Knowledge Test
Pass Practical Flight Test
At least a 2nd class Medical is required
Privileges
Able to fly for compensation or hire.
Pilots with out Instrument Ratings have limitations during commercial operations.
There is no restriction to number of passengers although the weight and type of aircraft may require special training.

For Airplane, Single-Engine, and Land:
$1,250.00...10 hrs Flight Time ($125.00/hr with fuel, C-172)
$1,430.00...10 hrs Flight Time($143.00/hr with fuel, Piper Arrow)
$700.00...20 hrs Flight Training ($35.00/hr Instructor)
$525.00...15 hrs Ground Training ($35.00/hr Instructor)
$250.00...Books/Publications
$80.00...Written Test Fee
$400.00...Flight Exam/Practical Test
Total $4,635.00
*This is the cost of the training although the pilot needs a total of at least 250 hrs and 100 hrs of pilot in command time with several specialized cross country requirements.
*These costs are approximations and minimums required by the FAA to obtain the certificate. Everyone requires different amounts of time to complete the license but it is very common for students to exceed 25% the time and funds listed above.
