1. Surface treatment includes

Nital Etch, Shot Peen, Strip Chrome, Strip Nickel, Hard Chrome, Sulfumate Nickel, Titanium-Cadmium Plating, LHE Cadmium Plating.

HAECO Landing Gear Services has more than ninety tanks in our plating facility, which can accommodate the largest civil landing gear component. Equipped with a chemical and mechanical analysis laboratory, HAECO Landing Gear Services performs periodical tests and analysis to ensure our plating process is always meeting BAC specification.

To support shot peening work, work program will be set up in the computer prior to commencement of work, the five axis robotic arms will automatically complete the work as per the setting.

2. NDT: Non Destructive Testing

HAECO Landing Gear Services' capability of NDT includes MPI (Magnetic Particle Inspection) and FPI (Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection).

Magnetic Particle Testing method can detect discontinuities of ferromagnetic materials. Fluorescent Penetrant Testing method can detect surface crack of non ferromagnetic material and ferromagnetic material. Our level 3 professional staffs ensure that every tiny defect can be detected.
