STAECO is cooperating with PEMCO World Air Service as the modification & after-sale center in Asia. PEMCO is the STC holder of B737CL cargo conversion program. PMECO together with STAECO is providing the leading Passenger-To-Freighter (PTF) solution to aged Boeing 737CL series.

PEMCO will contract with customer for technical package including technical design, task card, modification kit, crew& technician refresh, technical documents & manual (supported by the Boeing Company) and STAECO is responsible for the modification facility, manpower, process and conversion schedule.

At present, STAECO has completed and experienced dozen of freighter conversion to operators domestic and oversea. Operators can also arrange other maintenance task up to D check together with modification with no additional ground time. Generally, the turn round time(TRT) of PTF is 75 calendar days to 100 calendar days based on actual maintenance work scope.

Now, STAECO is also recognized as the technical response center, fleet monitor center and parts consignment center and provide round-clock support in Asia region to carry out freighter fleet review, technical scheme, warranty claim and AOG trouble shooting in this region.
