This year, we celebrate 25-years of delivering the core business activities of our company – selecing, training and the resourcing of airline pilots for our Airline Partners and individual customers around the world.

We offer a ‘vertically-integrated’ portfolio of airline pilot training and resourcing solutions ranging fro pilot selecion services, ab initio training for the aspiring airline pilot through to our advanced training courses for experienced airline pilots and airline managers.

For the AIRLINE MANAGER - we offer significant experience of selecting, training and resourcing airline pilots. We were founded upon a principle of providing tailored solutions for airlines and that’s still true today. Whether it’s our ab initio graduates trained to meet specific regulations, experienced airline pilots needing type conversion training or skills upgrade training for pilots who have been selected to become captains, instructors and future managers.

For the ASPIRING AIRLINE PILOT - we offer various routes to achieve the enticing prospect of one of the most desirable careers on earth. We deliver training in purpose-built centres and in next-generation simulators and aircraft. Equally important, we provide airline placement for our graduates with our Airline Partners.

For the QUALIFIED AIRLINE PILOT - we offer solutions to up-skill through training courses to become an instructor, examiner and airline manager. Our courses are delivered by the most highly experienced airline trainers in our industry.

For the EXECUTIVE JET OWNER - we offer complete turnkey management, operations and crewing solutions through our dedicated CTC PRIVATEJET centre and team of expert staff.
