Both the CT-ClipCom version with its perfectly positionable flexible boom and the variant with an in-ear microphone enable faultless communication and comply with EU directives (EN 352-2) for deployment as Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Depending on requirements, either a rubber earplug can be used or silicone adapters cast from a person’s own ear, which offer high wearer comfort. Also known as “otoplastics”, these adapters can be simply clipped to the ClipCom system.
