The ITS initial dispatch CRM course is normally 2-day duration.

It is designed specifically for dispatchers and includes appropriate case studies and examples. It also links dispatch to other aspects of the operation.

Although a generic course is available, ITS prefer to produce tailored courses to suit individual operations and their requirements.

Recurrent CRM courses are designed and delivered on a training cycle required by local Regulators; for example a 3-year cycle as required by EASA. wherver possible, there are significant advantages if pilots and other operational personnel can attend recurrent dispatch courses.
