CAAC Northeast Regional Administration has checked and issued initial approvals to build Jilin Tianhe General Aviation Co., Ltd. and Heilongjiang Kunpeng General Aviation Co., Ltd, according to information released on CAAC's official website on Jan. 4.

According to the notice, Jilin Tianhe General Aviation was jointly proposed by Henan Rongfeng General Aviation Industry Development Co., Ltd and Jilin Huanuo Investment Co., Ltd. with a registered capital of 20 million yuan. Set to use Robinson R44 light helicopter, the new general aviation entity will be mainly engaged in aerial tour, aerial photography, fire-fighting and other general aviation business projects. The preparation period of company is from Dec. 8, 2014 to Dec. 7, 2016.

Heilongjiang Kunpeng General Aviation was funded by two natural persons -Wang Yingxin and Wang Haoxin, with a registered capital of 50 million yuan. based at Jiamusi Jiaxi Airport, the new entity will operate Y-5B aircraft, mainly involving in aerial photography, scientific experiments, air patrols, aerial seeding, aerial forest fire protection and other business projects. The preparation period of company starts from Dec. 18, 2014 to Dec. 17, 2016.
