According to the EIA public notice, according to the relevant regulations of the East China Civil Aviation Region and the general aviation plan of the region, the Feidong Bailong General Airport is characterized as an A1 general-purpose airport with more than 10 aircraft operational manned flight operations. The project's recent flight zone technical index is 2B, the runway length is 1200 meters, non-instrument navigation, no navigational lighting system is set; the long-term flight zone technical index is 3C, the runway length is 2000 meters, instrument navigation, and the navigational lighting system can be set.
The proposed project site of the project is divided into three major blocks: the aviation teaching area, the aviation exhibition area and the aviation flight area. The aviation teaching area is located at the northwest corner of the project site, the aviation exhibition area is located at the northeast corner of the project site, and the aviation flight area is located. The south side of the project site and the middle part of the north side; the aviation teaching area and the aviation exhibition area are planned to be built in the project, and will not be built in this period. The EIA is mainly for aviation flight zones. Its construction content mainly includes airport engineering, air traffic control engineering, auxiliary auxiliary engineering and public works to meet basic aviation flight needs.
It is understood that Feidong Bailong General Airport is the core component of the Yunnan-based general airport group planned by Anhui. After completion, it mainly conducts public services such as commercial flight, logistics and transportation, and emergency rescue. In addition, services such as agriculture and forestry operations, custody sales, and sightseeing tours can be carried out in a timely manner. The construction of the general airport is of great significance for improving the comprehensive transportation system of Hefei, improving the public service support capability for disaster relief and emergency rescue, and accelerating the development of Hefei general aviation industry and industrial transformation and upgrading.
