Bombardier last week unveiled its Learjet 75 Liberty, a six-seat light jet retailing for less than $10 million. The company said the Part 25 certified Learjet 75 Liberty offers better performance at the same operating costs as competitor aircraft, and that the new airplane is the fastest aircraft in the light-jet segment, with a top speed of 464 knots. The cabin comes standard with a flat floor while the Bombardier Vision flight deck for the cockpit includes the upgraded Garmin G5000 avionics suite. The Learjet 75 offers a maximum cruising altitude of 51,000 feet and a maximum range of 2,080 nm.
