Recently, Shandong Airlines finished the R&D of the first full-process auto loading and control system in China, which based on the current TravelSky Departure System built white screen operating system to realize automatic flight departure control and loading, effectively improving the loading and control capability, thus, making a solid foundation for further plan in centralizing loading for the company.
The system is divided into four modules, namely, control module, loading module, gate module and flight surveillance module. All processes are completed as scheduled fully in the system and none of the directives are input by manual. With such a breakthrough, the whole performance has been raised by over 70%, a true upgrade from black screen to white screen. The introduction of the system has a huge influence on flight control and loading.
The system past its first trial in August, 2019. In Ji'nan and Qingdao, the loading system has already been put into production. It will fundamentally ease the problems in flight loading caused by large volume in business, complex directives in black screen, high frequency in input, low efficiency in performance and inclination in human error. All of the operations have been made automatically following the established rules and the personnel merely need to monitor abnormal issues. The success of the full-process auto loading and controlling platform has facilitated the loading business of the Shandong-based carrier to move up to new levels in the aspects of safety, service and efficiency.
