According to the Changsha Evening News, on November 10, Liuyang Municipal People’s Government and Changsha State-owned Assets Management Group Co., Ltd. jointly signed the "Liuyang Yonghe General Aviation Industry base Project Strategic Cooperation Agreement." The project site is located in the mining area of the former Hunan Phosphorus Chemical Industry Plant. The general airport level as the foundation of the project is A1 (a general airport for commercial passenger flight activities of more than 10 aircraft).
