On December 9, the Public Security Department of Yunnan Province held the 53107 law enforcement boat handover ceremony at the Jingha Wharf in Jinghong City. The photoelectric equipment of the border defense weapon station developed by the Aviation Industry Optoelectronics Institute was honored as the 53107 law enforcement boat.

The 53107 law enforcement boat is a new type of law enforcement boat designed and built by the Yunnan Provincial Public Security Department to meet the needs of China-Laos-Myanmar-Thailand joint patrol and law enforcement missions on the Mekong River and the hydrological characteristics of the Mekong River channel. The law enforcement boat is equipped with a high-performance photoelectric sighting device developed by the Institute of Optoelectronics. The device is equipped with three types of sensors: infrared, laser, and visible light. All-weather target detection, acquisition and tracking tasks, with all-weather combat capabilities, effectively enhancing the detection and targeting capabilities of the weapon system, greatly improving the patrol, law enforcement and emergency response capabilities of law enforcement boats, and provide for the development of the Mekong River Basin Safer and stronger guarantee.
