Recently, good news came from the China Association for Quality. Aerospace added three more National Excellence Awards. This is the company's 12 consecutive years of winning the title of National Excellent Quality Management Team, and it is also the first time that the quality management team has both won the title of National Excellence.

"Flying over" QC team at the third branch
A certain type of general helmet is one of the main military products independently developed by Aerospace and successfully trial-produced by the third branch factory. It is an important head protection device. The retention components in the helmet are used in various types of helmets, and the production demand is large. Due to the difficulty of the operation, the processing method cannot meet the product demand, resulting in a low pass rate of one-time inspection. In order to change this production status quo, the team launched the research on this QC subject. In the process, in order to find a better processing method, the team members brainstormed, collected data, and performed various experiments, and finally completely solved the bottleneck problem that has plagued the processing method of retention components for a long time. Through this QC activity, not only the qualification rate of the product was increased, and the requirements of the final assembly matching node were met, but also the technical level of the team members was improved, and the team cohesion was increased.
