The plant consists of a base with underground foundations and crossing supports on which are placed centerpieces  and hydraulic cylinders to lock the floor of the car; a columns structure –  using benchmarks  and locks, unites the wagon sidewalls, floor and roof. On this structure have been installed four motorized slides (2 upper, 2 lower) complete with clamps and electrodes for spot welding of steel sheets.
On the columns structure is adjusted an extendible platform, at least up to wagon profile which allows operators to access to the upper slides and locking modules of the sidewalls.
A motorized cart will be placed on the fore and rear base for walls welding operations.
The electric control shall be inserted in a closet, centrally placed to the plant.
