An optional but highly suggested step in process of becoming a professional airplane pilot.

Successful completion of this course will mean you will have instrument rating added to you private or commercial pilot certificate. This traing teaches you to fly by solo reference to the instrument in the cockpit.

Prerequisites: The student my hold at least a current private pilot certificate or be concurrently applying for a private pilot certificate with an airplane, helicopter, or powered-lift rating appropriate to the instrument rating sought. Student just be able to read, speak, write, and understand the English language
