With the consent of the Anhui Provincial Party Committee, the Anhui Provincial Government formally established the Provincial Low-altitude Airspace Cooperative Operation Management Committee. On the afternoon of August 20th, Wang Qingxian, Governor of Anhui Province and Director of the Provincial Low-altitude Airspace Cooperative Operation Management Committee, presided over the first plenary meeting of the Management Committee. With the advantages of the central region, actively use market logic and capital power to accelerate the cultivation and growth of the general aviation industry. The general aviation industry is an important strategic emerging industry with a long industrial chain, a wide range of services, and a strong driving force. According to calculations, the economic scale of my country's general aviation industry is conservatively estimated to reach 2 trillion yuan. Anhui has unique geographical advantages, abundant airspace resources, outstanding advantages in general aviation manufacturing, and has the superior conditions for agglomeration and development of general aviation industries. Anhui Province has carried out a pilot reform of low-altitude airspace management in the whole territory, and classified airspace at low altitudes below 3000 meters in the territory. The implementation of classified management will release more airspace resources and provide a broad space for accelerating the development of the general aviation industry.
Wang Qingxian emphasized that the implementation of pilot tasks for low-altitude airspace management reform is not only an important task assigned to us by the central government, but also a major opportunity for the development and growth of the general aviation industry in Anhui Province. It is necessary to promote the development of the general aviation industry with breakthroughs in reforms. First, we must further deepen and expand the pilot reform of low-altitude airspace management, and actively cooperate with the relevant central authorities to implement tasks such as low-altitude airspace classification, construction of low-altitude route networks, and cross-provincial general aviation flight service guarantees in accordance with the deployment of the provincial party committee, and resolutely stabilize the low-altitude airspace of the jurisdiction Public safety management responsibility. Second, we must do everything possible to cultivate and expand the general aviation industry market, vigorously promote the integrated development of "General Aviation +", accelerate the development of emerging consumption represented by low-altitude tourism, low-altitude sports, and low-altitude education and training, and build a brand of local characteristic operation services. Third, we must continue to increase the work of "double recruitment and double introduction", concentrate on packaging and recommending major projects to the society, and inviting various market entities and professional teams to participate. Fourth, we must study and formulate policies and measures for Anhui Province to support the development of the general aviation industry by accelerating infrastructure construction, building innovation platforms, and expanding application scenarios. Fifth, we must strengthen work coordination, make full use of professional forces to coordinate the construction of general aviation infrastructure, develop the general aviation industry and airport economy, accelerate the establishment of a leading general aviation industry base in the country, and provide strong support for the construction of a modern and beautiful Anhui in the new stage.
