Lufthansa Technik has picked up the trend at an early stage and adapted its portfolio to cover these aircraft types as well. The MRO provider offers a whole suite of services for the Q400, ranging from line and base maintenance, modifications, component and engine services to engineering support, logistics and AOG services. The Component Services division of Lufthansa Technik already supports several Q400 operators worldwide. A dedicated team processes all tasks ranging from materials planning and control up to optimization and customer support. Additionally, Lufthansa Technik has installed a home base pool abroad for individual customers with Line Replaceable Units (LRU) in storage for smooth operation.
