CNC Machining of Aluminum Laminated Shim for the Aerospace Industry

This CNC-machined laminated aluminum shim was manufactured for use in an aerospace application. Primary operations consisted of shearing, drilling, and milling to fabricate this shim to the exact measurements specified by the customer in order to ensure a perfect fit upon application. Our team of highly skilled professionals conducted an extremely meticulous in-process inspection to make sure that each part in this 1,200 unit order measured precisely 2.20" x .900" x .012".
