The airspeed indicator LUN1119 is intended for use on an aircraft to measure and indicate the air speed (IAS). The airspeed indicator measures the differential pressure developed between the pitot and static system. Because of the change of static and dynamic pressure the membrane is deformed, its deflection is transferred to the pointer, which rotates against a fixed dial. This pressure is indicated in units of airspeed (mph, knots, kph). Max. airspeed is 450 km/h (240 knots). Instrument can be equipped with ramp lighting (5, 14, 28 V DC, according to version) with cable length of about 600 mm. The instrument is designed to meet all requirements and methodology rules TSO-C2d and RTCA/DO-160D.
